Pertex Shield is a durable, lightweight 2.5-layer waterproof fabric that pairs a tough ripstop face with dependable weather protection, keeping the jacket packable without compromising durability on rugged terrain.
Rab's fluorocarbon-free fabrics are completely free of fluorocarbons (PFAS), whether in the face fabric, membrane, or backer. PFAS-free means all intentionally added PFAS have been phased out, compliant with current EU and US legislation.
