General

We do not have a store. We offer click & collect services at our warehouse based in Auckland. This is for picking up already purchased products only.

When shopping online, just select 'Pick up' in the shipping section. We will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up via email, and please bring photo ID and proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email). 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. 

Bring your order confirmation and ID and the warehouse team will have your order ready for collection. 

Arrival Details: 

The gates will be open onto a concrete car park area in front of a black warehouse with a large roller door and office area. *Please note Google Maps may only find 264 Bawden Rd, the gates to this property will be closed, this is a residential home please do not go there. 

Click & Collect during COVID-19 alert levels

Level 2: 

Click & Collect is available while complying with social distancing rules from 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Scan - We ask all customers to scan in using the COVID tracer app or via the alternative method. 

Mask - Wear a mask and be at least 2 metres apart from staff and other customers. 

Sanitise - Use the provided hand sanitiser. 

Level 3: 

Click & Collect is only open for contactless pick up from 10:00am - 12:00pm, Monday - Friday. 

This means staying within your vehicle and calling us before hand. 

We will leave your order on the table at our warehouse for you to collect.

As an online only store we do not offer try ons. We must comply with Health and Safety regulations. Although, we offer Click & Collect - our Warehouse is used to store our stock, it is not a functional space to test out our products before purchase. 

We try our best to create in depth size guides you can follow to ensure you are purchasing the best fit. If you have any questions about sizing click here

We understand sometimes it just doesn't fit, click here to follow our guide to exchanging it for something that fits better!

The best option is to leave your email on the product page and you will receive a notification via email when the product is back in stock. 

On occasion, we do get etas from our suppliers for when products will be back in stock. Due to major delays around the world at this time, we do not know for sure. 

You can always send us a message on live chat to confirm if we have an eta for your product.

We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  

We are closed weekends and public holidays.

Orders & Shipping

Rural addresses and PO Boxes may incur additional charges.

Once we received your order, its status will be updated in your account (if you created an account with us). Log in here to check on its progress.

The Outdoor Action Customer Support team will dispatch your order either the same day or the next working day under normal circumstances, however it can take longer during busy periods, like Christmas and before and after public holiday periods. Delivery delays will be as a result of courier issues which are outside of our control. You are able to monitor the progress of your order through "My Orders" in your account dashboard (if you created an account).

Don't panic if your order hasn't arrived in 5 days, sometimes things get delayed beyond our control. 

If you've left something to the last minute and need your item by a particular date, it would be best to contact us before placing your order to see what we can do for you.

We do not normally ship outside of New Zealand. 

For international shipping contact us here for a possible quote. Please be aware if your order is being delivered outside of New Zealand you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. Charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise. 

We advise you to research the regulations before confirming your order.

If you are a NZAC, Police, St Johns, NZ Defence Forces, Fire Brigade, Emergency Services, Surf life saving, New Zealand Search & Rescue.

Please email us with the items you want to purchase, plus a copy of your ID and the address for shipping. We will then send you an invoice with your special discount, which you will be able to pay exactly the same way as in our website (same payment options and securely)

We offer a large number of products and all of them will be shipped from within New Zealand. 

A lot of products are located in our warehouse in Dairy Flat, Auckland and some products are shipped from warehouses located across New Zealand.

We aim to ship your order on the same day or on the next business day. Some warehouses around NZ take a bit longer to ship. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item is shipped. If you don't receive any tracking details please check your spam box and failing please contact us.

Any delivery delays due to couriers are beyond our control and the fastest route to resolution will be for you to contact the courier directly with the tracking details supplied to organise the delivery of your purchase.

If you chose to pick up your order, you will be notified once the order is ready for collection. Please wait until you get your email confirmation as your items might be getting transferred from different warehouses across New Zealand. 

Pickups are available from our warehouse in Dairy Flat/ Auckland. 

Pick up times: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and stat days.

Returns & Exchanges

Although we try our best to ensure our descriptions are as detailed as possible, we understand that sometimes things just don't fit as expected, or the colour just wasn't what you were expecting. 

Whatever the reason this is not going to be a problem, we are happy to exchange items and provide alternatives to better meet your needs or simply refund you. 

To do this you will need to follow our return instructions here 

Unfortunately some items can not be returned for exchange or refund if the packaging has been opened, these include: 

Face Masks and base layer clothing.

Tents, Shelters, Airbeds, Inflatable mattresses.

Climbing and mountaineering equipment cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Gas canisters/fuel cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are able to drop off an item for return or exchange to our warehouse within our working hours.

Your Account

To update your details online you will need to log in to your online account. Once logged you are able to edit your address details for delivery and manage your orders. 

When you go through the checkout process, you can select which address you would loke your order shipped to.
