Crafted to comfortably handle heavy loads during extended approaches, it can be compressed down into a streamlined alpine pack when tackling steeper, more challenging terrain.

Originally crafted in close collaboration with five-time Piolet d’Or recipient Paul Ramsden, the Tupilak 50–75 stands as the most capacious pack in the renowned Tupilak series. Designed to maintain exceptional load stability—even when pushed beyond its intended capacity en route to a formidable face—it remains impressively resistant to harsh weather and rugged terrain, much like its smaller counterparts. Fully strippable for summit attempts, it is the definitive pack for expedition-grade objectives where precision and resilience are paramount.

As with every model in the Tupilak range, the Tupilak 50–75 is constructed from specially engineered high-tenacity PACT™ 300 and 100 R² fabrics. These materials are impressively lightweight yet fiercely tough, offering robust protection against the elements while easily shedding snow and withstanding sustained alpine abuse. The integrated cowl-style lid, secured by a custom Grappler™ aluminium buckle, offers a weatherproof seal that remains simple and dependable even in deteriorating mountain conditions.

Its sculpted hourglass profile not only allows for efficient packing but also ensures a more balanced and secure carry, whether on foot or rock. The EVA foam back panel enhances both comfort and load support. Similarly, the high-density EVA shoulder straps are deliberately low-profile to encourage movement during technical climbs, without compromising on comfort during prolonged approaches. Lightweight aluminium side compression buckles add stability and are versatile enough to hold gear such as sleeping mats or skis. Additionally, aluminium toggles and a bungee system enable secure ice tool attachment. For more committed ascents or summit pushes, the pack can be stripped back by removing the back panel, hip fins, bungee system, ice axe toggles, and compression straps to shed unnecessary weight.
