Mountain Equipment's Orcus 22+ is a specialised lightweight climbing pack crafted for high-paced alpine pursuits, standing out as an excellent option for carrying key essentials along the steepest and most technical routes.

Regarded as some of the most minimal yet capable packs in the brand's collection, the Orcus series has become a staple among the climbing team. It has repeatedly proven its worth during swift winter linkups, challenging rock faces, and streamlined alpine objectives.

With a finely balanced 22-litre capacity, a reliable rope strap, axe retainers, external daisy chain, elasticated compression cords, and haul loops, the compact Orcus 22+ delivers full-scale functionality at a minimal weight of just 500 g, perfect for multi-pitch rock climbs and the quickest alpine endeavours.

Although designed with weight-saving in mind, the Orcus packs are constructed from exceptionally tough and tear-resistant ROBIC nylon, finished with a water-repellent coating. This ensures they outlast many packs in durability and strength. The roll-top design not only protects the contents from wet weather but also secures the load for a stable and comfortable carry during climbs.

The EVA back panel can be removed to allow the pack to be rolled up, making it an excellent choice for use on extended expeditions where packing space is limited.
