Following the announcement surrounding the COVID-19 requirements from the New Zealand Government yesterday, we would like to take the opportunity to wish you all and your families and friends all the very best and that you stay as safe as you can in these very testing times.
We Will Continue To Serve You
Further to our inquiries, we believe we fall into the category of supplying essential items for the COVID-19 lockdown through our online store, allowing us to provide access to freeze-dried foods, water treatment products as well as some survival products.
We are also a critical supplier to NZDF for whom we manufacture, source and supply essential products. We have already been contacted and we have confirmed we would be operational to ensure this critical supply chain remains intact.
During this time, our team will be operating in accordance with the government regulations to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and community.
We do not have any staff working at the warehouse other than myself and my wife, we own the business and we also live at the same address where our main office and warehousing facilities are located, thus we believe there is no additional risk to the public or our staff, we maintain a large separation between the courier drivers and they are happy with the way we are operating. We do not allow any members of the public onto the premises, unlike traditional retailers we are not front-facing and all requirements of the Covid - 19 lockdown are being adhered to.
Orders & Delivery
You can continue to order our products online and they will be delivered to your home address by our courier partners, we are experiencing high demand and so please bear with us as there may be a small delay in getting your orders out to you.
All products are clearly marked on the product page as to whether they are shipped by us or shipped directly by our supplier
Product Shipped from our Warehouse
Products that we dispatch directly from our warehouse, these will be fulfilled and dispatched to our courier partners for delivery to you, we do ask that you please be patient with the couriers as they are undoubtedly having to increase their workload through this difficult time.
Products Shipped direct from Supplier
We do have some product lines that are normally shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to ship these orders whilst our suppliers are in lockdown. We have agreed with our suppliers that orders for these products will be prioritized for delivery as soon as they are able. We will advise you and update you as to the progression of your order. Any orders unable to be delivered will be refunded in full.
Click and Collect - Closed
We have closed the click and collect function on our website to protect you and also our team thus all orders will now need to be delivered to a New Zealand residential address and this restriction will remain until further notice.
We also apologize for any delay in communication, we assure you any questions will be answered as soon as possible. We recommend all inquiries are made by email to email@example.com.
