Mountain Equipment Xeros Down Sleeping Bag (-14°C)

The Mountain Equipment Xeros is an ultra-light winter down sleeping bag from the Extreme Alpine range, purpose built for hard multi-day alpine routes. The Xeros holds 605 g of minimum 800 fill power goose down under a water-resistant Drilite Loft 10D shell, and weighs 1010 g in Regular with a Good Night's Sleep rating of -14°C.

• Drilite Loft 10D also lines the hood, collar and inner foot box, the areas most prone to dampness
• Trapezoid baffles throughout balance weight and pack size against warmth and down control
• Seven-baffle low volume anatomically shaped hood and a six-baffle offset anatomical foot box concentrate down where heat is lost
• Full length Gemini zip baffle on a 140 cm zip reduces heat loss along the zip, with a low-profile magnetic Lode Lock closure that works in the dark
• Alpine Fit 2.0 with the revised EXL system, plus ground level side seams
• Temperature ratings are Comfort -5°C, Comfort Limit -12°C and Extreme -32°C, alongside the -14°C Good Night's Sleep figure

Two sizes, both left zip: Regular 1010 g, Long 1050 g. Packs to 27 x 24 x 24 cm, supplied with a waterproof roll-top stuff sack and storage cube. Mountain Equipment defines Good Night's Sleep as the coldest temperature an experienced user stays comfortable at.
