 The Ascendor 35:40 is the ideal pack for multi-seasonal and overnight trips. It can quickly convert from a gear-laden bag to a lightweight summit pack. Constructed with a mix of abrasion-, tear-, and water-resistant materials, the pack is designed to withstand any condition. It features a lidded design and side zipper for easy access, plus dedicated ski loops on the rear for convenient A-frame ski carrying. 50% recycled fabric surrounds the sides and base for maximum durability, while the rest of the pack is constructed with 35% recycled materials for a low weight.

Built with multiple gear attachment points and features, from double ice axe carries to water bladder compatibility, it’s the ultimate multi-season mountain pack. We’ve kept the weight to a minimum with lightweight features, many of which are removable. The spring steel frame and the internal HDPE sheet can be stripped out so you can customize the weight, rigidity, and fit of the pack depending on your day’s objective. The hip belt can also be personalized, with its removable webbing and padding for days when you’re moving ultralight.

Designed for close-fitting, free-moving performance through demanding terrain, the Ascendor 35:40 features a molded back panel with snow-shedding capabilities and side compression straps to keep your gear secure. The metal hook closure is easy to operate and secure shut, while the large top lid can be removed on days when a lighter load is being carried and fastened with the associated compression flap. By bringing the pack weight close to your body, this feature greatly improves the carry and also doubles as a rope strap. Additionally, the top lid protects gear from the environment without the need for it to be fastened.
