DRILITE is Mountain Equipment's range of exclusive, breathable, waterproof fabrics. In this range of fabrics is everything they have learnt about comfort and protection in the mountains. A waterproof membrane provides all the protection you need yet measures a minuscule fifteen microns thick. It allows them to make jackets light enough for mountain athletes, packable enough for alpine hikers and tough enough for serious mountain routes. The 3-layer construction with 320D reinforced weave in high-wear areas ensures exceptional durability for demanding mountain use.
Alpine Fit
The Alpine fit is designed specifically for mountaineering and technical climbing, providing freedom of movement without excess fabric. Articulated knees allow for natural leg movement on steep terrain, while the fit accommodates layering underneath for cold conditions. The full-length two-way side zips provide excellent ventilation control and make it easy to put the pants on or take them off over boots and crampons.
