The Talus Running Shorts use 56% recycled content in the liner fabric, with 9% recycled content across the whole product. Manufacturing draws on 25% renewable energy at the factory in China. The fabric's DWR finish is fluorocarbon-free throughout.

Rab's fluorocarbon-free fabrics are completely free of fluorocarbons (PFAS), whether in the face fabric, membrane, or backer. PFAS-free means all intentionally added PFAS have been phased out, compliant with current EU and US legislation.
