The Vulcan MRT is a women's soft shell jacket built entirely from stretchy GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER fabric, so it is completely windproof and highly water resistant. A brushed inner face makes it warm as well as protective, and the Alpine fit with a helmet compatible hood suits climbing and skiing in hard conditions.
