- New Zealand: 1 to 3 working days delivered by Courier.
- Australia: 2 to 6 working days NZ Post Economy Courier service
- Rest of World: 6 to 10 Working days NZ Post Economy Air Mail
We always work towards delivering your order as quickly as possible though you will of course be notified by e-mail of any unexpected delays encountered.
You are able to monitor the progress of your order through "My Orders" in your account dashboard.
Important: Please be aware that if your order is being delivered outside of New Zealand you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. If your order is a gift for either yourself or another person we will mark the package acordingly though please be aware that any charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise, if you are unsure we strongly advise you research the regulations before confirming you order.
- Australia - Currently if the order is under AUD$1000 there are no extra charges for your order. See the "When buying over the internet" page from the Australian Customs Service.
Order Procesing Information:
- Once we recieved your order, it's status will be updated in your account. Log in to check on it's progress.
- If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the next business day.
- We source your orders from our store, warehouse and ocasionally our suppliers and it can sometimes take 3-4 working days to collate everything to satisfy your order. If there are going to be any delays beyond this time we will immediatly notify you by email.
- Clearance items will remain online while stocks last, even if there is just one left. As our system can only update stock availability once a day it is possible for you to order a sale item which we are unable to supply due to heavy demand that day. We apologise in advance if this happens and will notify you by email as soon possible.
- We like to ship you your whole order in one go so there may be a delay if we find it difficult to source everything at the same time. If you require some of the items in your order urgently, we can split your order and send the rest later – email us and let us know if this is the case.
- If you have a deadline for your order include this in the "special instructions" box at the 4th and final stage of the checkout process or if you forget when placing the order you can of course e-mail us the date and we will do our very best to meet your specified requirements. If there are any problems or we are unable to meet your requirements we will notify you straight away.
- For security reasons and prevention of credit card fraud we do not send any internet orders to PO Boxes or Mailbag addresses without prior agreement.
