If you make an order then change your mind and wish to cancel the order please contact us as soon as you can so we may action the cancelation request, if an order has already been shipped it is your responsibilty to cover the cost of any return freight and return the goods to Outdoor Action.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item you purchase in new condition (unworn with original packaging and tags attached) for a credit or full refund less shipping costs. Send us an email to email@example.com quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense .We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Outdoor Action & Adventure is a New Zealand registered company and all prices are currently displayed in NZ$, all charges made will also be made in NZ$
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24hrs of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be shipped within 48hrs or the next working day. We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Fastway couriers, Posthaste Couriers and Owens Transport for New Zealand deliveries and NZ Post for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). Outdoor Action uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted. When you place an order Outdoor Action will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.
Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information
Outdoor Action uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.
Outdoor Action uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
