Outdoor Action - Terms and Conditions

Outdoor Action may require goods to be signed for when delivery occurs. If no one is able to sign for the delivery we will not leave the goods. The delivery drivers will leave a calling card for you to call the sales desk and organize a new delivery day or collection from the delivery depot.
Outdoor Action guarantees a competitive market price policy.
Orders outside of New Zealand may incur a lead time, (Please call to confirm stock availability for your area).
If Outdoor Action makes an error with delivery or order processing, we will cover any costs required in resolving the error.
If product is purchased incorrectly it can be changed for another product before the day of dispatch free of charge. After the product has been dispatched please follow the conditions set out in our returns policy.
If product is to be cancelled after it has been dispatched please follow our standard returns policy.

Apple iPod Touch competition Terms and Conditions

The Outdoor Action iPod Touch competition is a Free-to-Enter Internet based competition running over 2 months� periods. The first competition ran from December 2007 to January 31st 2008. This is now closed. A second iPod Touch is being offered for the period of February 1st 2008 to March 31st 2008.
All correct entries for each competition will be placed in the prize draw for those specific months.
Multiple entries are not allowed.
Multiplying the chances to win the iPod touch can be gained by forwarding the competition email to all your friends. For every entry made by someone who you forward the e-mail to who then signs up to the Outdoor Action database and enters the competition you will gain an additional entry.
New registrants signing up for our newsletter get a a second entry for free.
All ages can participate in the competition, however for winners under the age of 16, prizes will be awarded to their immediate parent/guardian.
Winners of each 2-monthly competition will be randomly selected, during the first week of the following month.
Winners will be notified by email during the first week of the following month
Winners names and the prizes won, will be posted on the Outdoor Actions iPod Touch competition during the following 2 month for public viewing.
After receiving a winner's address confirmation by email/phone, prizes will be couriered FREE if they are of a suitable size and weight, within 4 weeks of the competition date closing.
If the specific prize(s) is/are unsuitable for a standard courier service due to their size, the winner(s) will arrange for the prize(s) to be collected/dispatched from Outdoor Action in Auckland, NZ (at their expense) within 4 weeks of that competition closing.
Specific details of all prizes for each monthly competition will be posted on the Outdoor Actions iPod Touch competition page for the duration of the competition month.
Prizes are given only to persons who win (if under 16, their immediate parent/guardian)
If the winner cannot be identified or located, after reasonable effort, and the prize or reward remains unclaimed 3 months after the determination of the result the prize becomes null and void and another winner will be drawn.
Winners agree to make themselves available for any congratulatory publicity photographs for marketing purposes.
If any specific prize conditions apply, they will be clearly noted adjacent to the specific prize image on the Outdoor Actions iPod Touch page. The value and characteristics of each prize will be stated.
The prize competition will not Jackpot (will not compound for following months)
Entries are permitted from anywhere in the world. All prizes shown in year 2008 have free worldwide delivery.
Outdoor Action will not be liable for any import duties or tax�s imposed by the authorities in competition winners country of residence
No representatives of Outdoor Action or representatives of participating advertisers, are eligible for prizes from any Outdoor Actions iPod Touch prize draw competitions.
