We make it easy for you to order with the following services:

Credit Cards
	We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express payments through our secure website payment gateway which is encypted using Comodo SSL, Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS. Please click here to view the DPS privacy policy.

Direct Credit Details
	If you would like to use the direct credit option for payment of your order you can remit payment directly to our bank account: ANZ Bank Account Number: 01 0414 0270908 00 Reference: Please use the order number emailed to you with your order confirmation
Cheque Payment Details (Currently only available to NZ customers)
	We will accept payment by cheque however please note goods will not be shipped until the payment has cleared and this may take up to 5 business days from time of recipt. Please make all cheque payments out to "Outdoor Action & Adventure Ltd "  and then post along with a copy of your invoice to the following address: Outdoor Action 57 Barrys Point Road Takapuna Auckland New Zealand

• New Zealand: 2 to 6 working days delivered by Courier.
• Australia: 2 to 6 working days NZ Post Economy Courier service

We always work towards delivering your order as quickly as possible though you will of course be notified by e-mail of any unexpected delays encountered.

You are able to monitor the progress of your order through our "Order Status" feature.

Important: Please be aware that if your order is being delivered to Australia you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. If your order is a gift for either yourself or another person we will mark the package acordingly though please be aware that any charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise, if you are unsure we strongly advise you research the regulations before confirming you order.

• Australia - Currently if the order is under AUD$1000 there are no extra charges for your order. See the "When buying over the internet" page from the Australian Customs Service.

1. Once we recieved your order status will be updated to our "Order Status" log in where you can check the 
2. If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the next business day. 
3. We source your orders from our store, warehouse and ocasionally our suppliers and it can sometimes take 3-4 working days to collate everything to satisfy you order. If there are going to be any delays beyond this time we will immediatly notify you by email.
4. Clearance items will remain online while stocks last, even if there is just one left. As our system can only update stock availability once a day it is possible for you to order a sale item which we are unable to supply due to heavy demand that day. We apologise in advance if this happens and will notify you by email as soon possible.
5. We like to ship you your whole order in one go so there may be a delay if we find it difficult to source everything at the same time. If you require some of the items in your order urgently, we can split your order and send the rest later – email us and let us know if this is the case.
6. If you have a deadline for your order include this in the "special instructions" box at the 4th and final stage of the checkout process or if you forget when placing the order you can of course e-mail us the date and we will do our very best to meet your specified requirements. If there are any problems or we are unable to meet your requirements we will notify you straight away.
7. For security reasons and prevention of credit card fraud we do not send any internet orders to PO Boxes or Mailbag addresses without prior agreement.
