Outdoor Action Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item


Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email service@outdooraction.co.nz to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:
     Outdoor Action
     Returns Department Tracking #
     57 Barry's Point Road
     Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions


Unfortunately some items can not be returned for refund if they are opened. These include tents, kayaking DVD's, computer software, airbeds, inflatable matresses and base layer/underwear of any type.

Climbing and mountaineering equipment cannot be exchanged or returned due to reasons of safety.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

We will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers guarantee act 1993

Shipping Fee


We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless there is a confirmed manufacturer warranty issue.

Exchanges


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay any applicable return shipping.
