The dual-density and -colored rubber sole gives shape to a tri-dimensional deep tread to maximize support. The balance of the outsole has self-cleaning lugs designed for optimum performance on varying types of terrain. The marked heel empowers high levels of grip down hill, while the sleek front area is perfect for climbing. The crampon insert is constructed by the injection of three different densities of thermoplastic polyurethane, which acts as a crampon attachment while performing shock-absorption duties as well.
