Described as a radical pack this twin compartment Aarn Natural Balance bodypack has been designed so that it reduces weight without compromising the biomechanical principles behind the design of all Aarn packs .

The Natural Balance has won the DuPont Brand New Award, in Germany, and the  Adventure Gear Guide Innovation Award in Australia.

It will carry 10 days of ultralight gear, if you want even  lighter loads you can remove the liners though this is only recommended for dry climates, you can of course detach the Balance Pockets if you are carrying small loads.

The core materials used in the manufacture of the pack utilizes tough but light materials, there is a 500 denier cordura at the base and the body of the pack is constructed from a 220 denier nylon.

To give you an accurate comparison with another pack you need to add the weight of a plastic liner bag and sleeping bag stuff sack to their product and see what the total weight is because of course both these items are standard with Natural Balance. With it’s roll down top and using the included detachable seam sealed dry bag liners you can be assured that the pack and the expedition balance pockets will provide you with a 100% waterproof light weight load carrying solution!
